We are pleased to inform you that, with the primary objective of empowering and promoting women in our organization, we have recently established a Women's Wing within our Association during a National Conference of Female Officers held at Baroda on 23rd Sept, 2023.
As part of our commitment to fostering a more inclusive and representative environment a meeting of Female Coordinators was held today on 14th October, 2023 at Mumbai which was attended by Coordinators from all the Zones across India and another 12 shortlisted Female officers for the National Level Coordination Committee.
Ms. Mamta Prabhu, National TT Coach and Ms. Neha Sinha DGM BOB Mumbai joined and gave motivational speech to the Female participants. They also shared their experiences in the successful journey of their career.
Sh. Brajesh Kumar Singh, CGM along with his wife graced the occasion addressed the Female Coordinators and had interaction with them on various issues.
Sh. R.K. Chatterjee, President and Sh. Prem Kumar Makker, General Secretary addressed the participants and exhorted them to play a leadership role while coordinating efforts of AIBOBOA to reach to women Officers and help them in solving their issues. they said that the efforts in this regard will go a long way in creating a more balanced and representative environment, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that the voices of all members, regardless of gender, are heard and valued.
