Team Lucknow led by Mr. Sandeep Singh, Zonal Secretary have organized a GBM of Lucknow Zone at Varanasi. The event was graced with the presence of our All India President Sh. R K. Chatterjee (Dada), Sh. SNS Yadav, our former ZS, Many Executives from BOB and with enthusiastic participation of our hundred's of beloved members across the Zone. The programme was also attended by hundreds of officers virtually on Facebook and Zoom App.
Sh. Gaurav Chaturvedi our Zonal President welcomed Guests and Members for ensuring their graceful presence in this event. There after dignitaries gave their deliberation on various issues and addressed the queries of membership. Sh. SNS Yadav Our former ZS in his deliberation gave emphasis on enhancing knowledge base and shared his valuable experiences. Regional Heads of both Region in their deliberation appreciated the various efforts put in by the Association in development of Bank and it's human capital.
Our All India President Sh.R K Chatterjee Dada addressed major issues affecting bank officers, such as late sitting, staff shortage, and increasing stress levels. He emphasized the importance of integrity and honesty in performing duties. He stressed upon officer to improve their knowledge base so as to ensure compliance and ethics in work culture.
Mr Sandeep Singh ZS, apprised the attendees about the Various Development in Lucknow Zone, Membership position, ESCORT Scheme, KC Choksi Learning Center, business of the Zone and it's geographical spread.
All the speakers shared views on various developments at industry level and at Bank level.
