Structured Meeting of Lucknow Metro Region was conducted with our All India Bank of Baroda Officer's Association on 10.12.2024 wherein team AIBOBOA was led by Mr. Sandeep Singh, Zonal Secretary Lucknow Zone. In the meeting, various legitimate issues related to the officer’s fraternity were discussed like. Some of the important issues discussed are Team Meetings during business hours, Late sitting, Maintaining Work-Life Balance of the officers etc. The Management has given Positive Assurance to take up the above issues and ensure their proper implementation.
