Two Days Workshop on Role of Defence Representative was at our Association Office, Baroda on 26th & 27th October 2024. The workshop aimed to enhance the skills of our Defence Representatives in defending their colleagues during internal Inquiries. The workshop featured sessions led by a panel of experienced Officers/Executives, who explained various aspects of the role of defense representatives. The programme was coordinated by Sh R.K Chatterjee, President, AIBOBOA & hosted by Mr Sanjeev Jha ZS Baroda Zone & his team of active and enthusiastic office Bearers.
It is noteworthy to mention that there was an active participation of the identified officers from AIBOBOA in Bank of Baroda and other INBOC affiliated units from different Banks. Kudos to the leadership for selecting youngsters who have urge to perform the role of DR so they deserve compliments.
For the first time Mock demonstration of Disciplinary Proceedings was arranged where Participants performed the role of IA,PO,DR AND CSO and other participants observed the Proceedings and commented on the deficiencies. Trainers were happy to note the enthusiastic participation of would be DR's.
